We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Game Developer to bring our unique play-to-earn game concept,  to life. As the project owner, I’m looking for someone with a strong background in game development, particularly in building engaging, interactive experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with game economics, real-time interaction systems, and be able to work within the constraints of platforms like Telegram. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate on a project that blends entertainment with innovative blockchain mechanics.

Core responsibilities

  • Game Development: Lead the full-cycle development of the Nia Club game, from concept to launch, ensuring a smooth and engaging player experience.
  • Platform Integration: Design and implement the game on Telegram, utilizing bots and APIs to create interactive and real-time gameplay.
  • Economy Design: Develop and balance the in-game economy, including token-based rewards, staking mechanisms, and player-driven marketplaces.
  • Feature Implementation: Implement core gameplay features, including interactive levels, player progression systems, and social/community features such as clubs or guilds.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project owner, designers, and other team members to align the game’s development with the overall vision and objectives.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, optimize performance, and ensure a high-quality user experience across all supported platforms.
  • Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support after launch, including updates, content drops, and event management to maintain player engagement.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, particularly in play-to-earn, real-time interaction, or social games.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in game development tools and languages such as Unity, Unreal Engine, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies. Experience with Telegram API integration is a plus.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and play-to-earn game mechanics. Experience with integrating blockchain features in games is highly desirable.
  • Economy Design: Proven experience in designing and balancing in-game economies, including token-based systems, virtual currencies, and marketplaces.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine gameplay mechanics and performance.
  • Creativity: Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging gameplay experiences, with a focus on player retention and monetization.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in collaborative environments and managing feedback loops.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work on schedule, with a strong attention to detail.
