Make a Trick or Treat game in any style (it can be horror,  rpg, rogue like, etc) 

Game has to be free, can't require any external hardware (no VR allowed) and has to be made for Windows PC, 

All assets (except fonts) have to be made, 

No AI help allowed, if you need help you can build a team, 

Don't make the game hard to run on old computers, so everyone can play, 

No NSFW allowed games should be suitable for people below 18 years old (gore is allowed)
