The Effing-Jam Game Jam
In association with Effingham Illinois' premier gaming convention Effing-Con. This Jam is open to anyone in the Central Illinois area. The Effingham Area Technology/Software Developer group will have a table at the convention showing off games from the jam. The convention will be held on November 1st and 2nd. The Jam will take place 10/05/2024 - 10/26/2024

Theme:
To be announced at the start of the Jam 10/05/2024
Prizes include:
- 1st place $100, First Place Trophy
- 2nd place $50, Second Place Trophy
- 3rd place $25 Third Place Trophy
Winners will be announced Nov 1st. Winner and participant trophies can be picked up from the Effing-Jam Table at Effing-Con where we will be celebrating all the Jam entries!
Submission Rules:
- Game Jam contestants should involve the theme of the Jam as they see fit.
- The theme will be announced on 10/05/2024.
- Only submit games made during the Jam 10/05/2024 - 10/26/2024
- Be nice, be kind, and be accepting.
- You must follow the Itch.io TOS.
- No AI-Generated Content.
- No Pornographic Content or Nudity.
- No Illicit Drug References.
- By entering you agree to allow Effing-Con to show your game and produce printed material for use at the jam booth.
